- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
